NDK has enabled Venmo as a payment option recently for purchases on the NDK Badge/Registration part of the website. Per our registration partner, you may need to enable Venmo using the following instructions
When will Venmo appear?
Venmo will appear on mobile devices when an attendee has the Venmo mobile app installed and when merchant payments are enabled in the app. An attendee can enable merchant payments through the Venmo app –> Settings –> Connect Browsers and then connect the browser.
What does this look like?
While testing we found that after the above is enabled in the Venmo App for the Safari browser (on iOS) we would see the following screens:
After clicking the Radio Button for "PayPal" you'll see the following:
We know we're not seeing Venmo on the PayPal button as of yet.
On the next screen at PayPal.com, I was finally shown Venmo:
One thing I would note, I had to do this twice. Because the first time I had to go back and re-enable Venmo on my Safari Browser.
