The NDK Staff will be sending the final Registration QR Code email 1 to 2 weeks before the convention. This email will be sent to the email you listed on the Order Confirmation, and on the information for the individuals you registered. If you ordered 2 or more badges under one email address, you will only receive 1 email, but will be able to claim the additional badges at the time you check in.
This QR Code will allow you to check in and receive your badges for Nan Desu Kan faster then ever!
Why 1 to 2 weeks before the convention?
We're timing the email close enough to the convention so that individuals can check their SPAM or Promotional Folders for the email.
We plan on posting on Social Media and on our website when we send the emails to let people know to start looking for them.
